Meditation and Mindfulness

In this post, I am going to talk about meditation and mindfulness and how you can make these practices work for you. In lots of ways, I think mindfulness is a way of life.

I think that along with mindfulness and meditation there is an assumption that by living in the present moment we really SHOULD dismiss the past and not FOCUS on the future. I think that assumption that I have certainly made is incorrect.

We need to know our past, learn from it, think about the future and take steps towards the future but we also need to notice the now. Let’s figure out how to do that.
